The first step to tackle mental health - Talk about it.
Sharing his own personal journey for the first time, Joel will openly delve into the heights, depths and learnings he’s had regarding mental health. From dealing with the sudden loss of his brother, learning what it takes to be a mentally resilient as a leader and losing friends tragically to suicide. He’ll open up in an attempt to change some of the perceptions around mental health, as well as share some of ustwo’s own products and initiatives in mental health and well-being. Joel's hope is that this won’t be just another talk on the topic; rather a more vulnerable share to get us thinking about what support looks like for each and every one of us.
