For Rising Minds this month as Mental Health Awareness Week is in May our theme around the globe is mental health. In New York we are exploring how we can nourish and nurture our mental health specifically looking at how we manage our time and sleep with Mickey Breyer-Clausen.
Mickey Beyer-Clausen is a serial philanthropist, entrepreneur and current co-founder and CEO of Mental Workout, a company that builds products and services around innovations that improve people's mental performance and well-being. Mickey is currently in the process of launching a new jet lag app, Timeshifter, based on the latest research in sleep and circadian neuroscience, and used by astronauts, elite athletes, and top CEOs.
