SYD | The Future of Food: 3D Printing Meat | Michael Lee, MLA

  • The Golden Age Cinema 80 Commonwealth Street Surry Hills, NSW, 2010 Australia (map)

What started as a process to rapidly prototype new products has quickly evolved to enable the creation of everything from complex components for airplanes to replacement joints for the human body. So, why not use 3D printing to create food?

Michael Lee works for Meat & Livestock Australia in their food innovation division. For our Sydney launch event, he'll open our minds to the possibility of rapidly manufactured meat, and explore some of the implications for our future food culture.
