Nikolaj Belzer is a young film director based in London. 

He has directed and produced work for Lexus, Nowness, MINI Cooper, the Venice Biennale and released a number of award winning short films and documentaries. 

Nikolaj is one of the founders of filmmaking collective Everything is Okay as well as Dalston based post production house OkayStudio.

At Rising Minds he will talk about how films are often closer to the truth, why fiction is vital for everyone and how to apply that to work and life.
