Prof Arun Sundararajan’s research is centered on how digital technologies transform business, government and civil society. His work has been recognized by six Best Paper awards, two Google Faculty awards, and a variety of other grants.
He has given more than 200 invited talks at industry, government and academic forums internationally and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Financial Times, The Guardian, Wired, Le Monde, Bloomberg View, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, Knowledge@Wharton and Quartz.
His new book, “The Sharing Economy,” was published by the MIT Press in June 2016. Prof Sundararajan discussed his insights on the rise of the Sharing Economy and transition to Crowd-Based Capitalism.
