How can design influence social interactions?

Jon Santos, founder of Common Space, will share works that create a context for relational aesthetics. In these projects, design goes beyond traditional media and plays an important part in the way we interact, understand creativity, and build community.

Common Space is a multidisciplinary design studio that works on commission and authors it's own work. Notable projects include The Last Weekend, NADAwave, Social Mirroring and Hearsay of the Soul created for Werner Herzog’s 2012 Whitney Biennial installation. Santos is an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute and exhibits his work internationally.
