After qualifying as chartered accountant with KPMG Angela trained as a classical chef at the prestigious Leith’s School of Food and Wine where she is now a guest lecturer. As an entrepreneur she built and successfully raised institutional funding for her various online and multi-site deli/cookery school businesses.
Angela now advises global hospitality, retail and leisure companies on their future strategy. She is also studying for an MBA at the world-famous Imperial College in London. Angela was appointed to the London Food Board in 2017, advising Mayor Sadiq Khan on the future food habits of people who live and work in the capital.
